Heard counsel for the petitioner. Sri C.K. Rai appears for respondent no. 4. Sri Anuj Kumar appears for respondent no. 5. Learned standing counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondents No.1, 2 and 3. No notice is being issued to respondent no. 6. Liberty is reserved to the respondents No. 6 to move an application for clarification, variation and modification of the order if they feel so aggrieved.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 3.7.2007 Annexure-5 to the writ petition, to the District Magistrate challenging the selection of the respondent no. 6 as Shiksha Mitra.
The petitioner having already submitted representation, ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the District Magistrate to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after hearing the respondent no. 6.
