The allegation of the petitioner is that despite the order in Writ Petition no. 4797/07 filed on 14.02.07 before the District Magistrate, Ballia, the objection of the petitioner has not yet been decided within the stipulated time.  

In view of the above, in order to provide one more opportunity, the District Magistrate, Ballia whosoever may be  is directed to decide the objection within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of copy of this order in compliance to the order dated 06.02.07 passed by this.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of.
