Heard counsel for the petitioner. Learned standing counsel appears for respondents 1 to 3. No notice is being issued to respondent no. 4. Liberty is reserved to the respondents No.4 to move an application for revocation, clarification, variation and modification of the order if they feel so aggrieved.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for mandamus directing the respondents to pay arrears of salary to the petitioner with effect from February, 2002 to June, 2004 on the post of Assistant clerk in Kausalyadevi Inter College, Maharajganj District Jaunpur. It is open for the petitioner to submit a representation to the District Inspector of Schools- respondent no. 2 raising his grievance which shall be considered and disposed of by the District Inspector of Schools in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the Committee of Management and other affected parties. The said decision shall be taken expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order alongwith the representation.
With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of.
