The petitioner is permitted to correct the description of the respondent no. 7.
Issue notice to respondent no. 7. Learned standing counsel appears for respondents No. 1 to 6.
Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that in the audit objection against the petitioner it was found that an amount of Rs.11,730/- was to be recovered from the petitioner. However, the respondents have already recovered Rs.14,905/- which is more than the amount which was directed to be recovered in the audit report. Petitioner's case is that further recovery is being made per month.
Considering the submission of the counsel for the petitioner the petitioner has made out a case for grant of interim relief.
Let a counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. List thereafter for admission.
In the mean time no further recovery shall be made from the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 24.1.2007 of the Director of Education Annexure-2 to the writ petition.
