Smt. Poonam Chauhan v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. 33342 of 2007 RD-AH 12753 (24 July 2007)
Hon'ble Ashok Bhushan, J.
Heard counsel for the petitioner. Learned standing counsel appears for respondents No. 1 and 2. Sri K. S. Kushwaha appears for respondent no. 3 and 4. Sri Anuj Kumar Appears for respondent no. 5 and 6.
The only prayer pressed in this writ petition is that the petitioner having already complained against the selection of respondents No. 7 and 8, the representation may be directed to be considered by the District Magistrate. According to Government order dated 2.5.2006 all complaints in respect of selection of Shiksha Mitra are to be considered by the District Magistrate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that several representations were given to the Basic Shiksha Adhikari. It is open for the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the District Magistrate raising her grievance. In case any such representation is submitted within two weeks from today the same may be considered and disposed of after giving opportunity to the respondents No.7 and 8 expeditiously.
With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
