Prayer for bail has been on behalf of the appellant who has been convicted vide judgment and order dated 4.11.2006 passed in S.T. Nos. 146 of 2002 and 148 of 2002  by Special Judge (S.C./S.T) Act, Pilibhit.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the lower court record and the order of Sessions Judge.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been convicted and sentenced for 7 years for an offence under Section 307/34 Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the appellant is admitted to bail.

Pending appeal the appellant Dhani Ram  convicted in S.T. Nos. 146 of 2002 and 148 of 2002 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and on furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.

Till further orders realisation of fine shall also remain stayed.
