Ashraf Ali, learned Counsel for the Opp. Party states that the petitioner has been directed to join from the date of order, but the order being quashed by this Court, his services deemed to have been continued.  In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Opp. Party, there is no justification to seek any clarification from the Opp. Party.

In view of the above, notice is discharged.  The petition is dismissed.
