Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that respondent no.4 is the wife of respondent no.3, who is Gram Pradhan of Village Sona Jankipur, Post Nawalganj, Block Shamshasbad, Tehsil Kaimganj, District Farrukhabad and with a Farzi name of Vimla Yadav she appeared in the Intermediate Examination of 2005-2006 and with the collusion of officials of Tehsil and the Education Department also obtained ''Kanya Dhan' of Rs.20,000/- fraudulently showing that her financial status is below the required standard though she possesses huge property and her husband respondent no.3 is also the Gram Pradhan of the said Village.
Sri Yogendra Kumar Yadav, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents no.1 and 2 prays for and is allowed three weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
Issue notice to respondents no.3 and 4 through registered post with AD returnable at an early date, who may also file counter affidavit within the aforesaid period. Steps to be taken within a week.
