This Court vide order dated 06.10.05 has directed the Land Acquisition/Special Land  Land Acquisition Officer, Kamla Nagar, Agra to decide the representation.  Affidavit of compliance has been filed annexing the copy of the order 30.06.07, by which, the representation of the petitioner has been decided.

In view of the above, notice is discharged.  The petition is dismissed.
