Rajesh Kumar Pandey v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - C No. 67289 of 2006 RD-AH 129 (3 January 2007)
Hon'ble Vineet Saran, J
No one is present on behalf of the petitioner even in the revised list. Sri B.D.Pandey has appeared on behalf of the respondent-University and has stated that by efflux of time this writ petition has become infructuous.
I have perused the record. By means of this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing the order passed by the respondent-University with regard to the holding of election of the Students' Union of the college scheduled for 12.12.2006.
In view of the fact that the elections have already been held and it has been stated by Sri Pandey that the results of the election have also been declared, this writ petition has become infructuous.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
