Hon'ble Imtiyaz Murtaza, J.

Hon'ble Vijay Kumar Verma, J.

Prayer for bail has been made on behalf of the appellant.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in our opinion, it is not a fit case for grant of bail.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, office is directed to list this appeal for final hearing in the next cause list. Paper book in this appeal need not be prepared because learned counsel for the appellant has already filed the statements of the witnesses and relevant papers.
