Nirmal Kumar v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. 33754 of 2007 RD-AH 12925 (26 July 2007)
Hon'ble Ashok Bhushan, J.
Heard counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer pressed by the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's representation addressed tot he District Inspector of Schools dated 31.5.2007 may be considered. In his representation the petitioner has raised his grievance for non payment of salary from March, 2007 to May, 2007. Petitioner claimed to have been appointed as Assistant Teacher in the institution for which approval has also been given. Petitioner having already represented the matter to the District Inspector of Schools, ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the District Inspector of Schools to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and it is for the District Inspector of Schools to consider and take decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing the respondent no. 4.
With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
