Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that he was engaged as Guest Subject Specialist in Fruits Preservation Trade in the Institution in 1998 and has been continuing as such on payment of honorarium. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the scheme under which the petitioner was engaged still continuing but the petitioner is not being allowed to continue in the academic session of 2007-2008.
Considering the submission of the petitioner an interim mandamus is issued to the respondents No. 3,5 and 6 to permit the petitioner to continue on the honorarium basis in case he was continuing upto the end of previous academic session and to pay honorarium within six weeks or to show cause.
