HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Arun Tandon, J.

Commissioner under the impugned order has recorded that the appellant has indulged in supply of essential commodities in a quantity less than that prescribed and further in making incorrect entires in the relevant records therefore cancellation of his fair price shop agency justified.

In the opinion of the Court the order passed by the Commissioner does not warrant any interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Writ petition is dismissed.
