This writ petition was filed on 18.12.1986 praying for mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the functioning  of the petitioner as Principal of K. L.Jain Inter College,Sasni, Aligarh. The prayer for  quashing the selection of respondent no. 5 made by the U.P. Secondary Education Service Commission  was also made. No interim order was passed in the writ petition. The petitioner  at the time when he filed the writ petition was 47 years of age.  More than twenty years have passed since the petitioner has filed the writ petition.  By lapse of time  the relief claimed in the writ petition has become infructuous.

The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
