The reliefs prayed have been confined to early disposal of  Election Revision No. 481 of 2006 (Rajesh Chandra Tiwari Vs. Sri Umakant Tiwari and others) pending before the Additional District Judge (I), Allahabad.

Without entering into the merits of the claim this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Revisional Authority to consider and decision the Election Revision No. 481 of 2006 (Rajesh Chandra Tiwari Vs. Sri Umakant Tiwari and others) preferably within two months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
