Heard Sri Alok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel who has filed his vakalatnama today states that the transfer application may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to the applicant to file an application under  Section 407  Cr.P.C.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner the transfer application is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for.
