Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGA for the State and perused the allegations of the FIR.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not principal of Sumer Babu Hari Memorial Public School Bhognipur Agra. Similar FIR was also lodged against the petitioner. Arrest of the petitioner was stayed in Crl. Writ Petition No. 9418 of 2007.

List along with connected Crl. Writ Petition No. 9418 of 2007.

Till the next date of listing  the arrest of the petitioners namely Hari Krishna S/o  Madwan Singh involved in case crime No. 347 of 2007 under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, P.S. Shahganj, District Agra shall remain stayed.
