HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J

The petitioner has challenged the consequential order dated 8.3.2007. By the earlier order of the Civil Judge Senior Division, Gautam Budh Nagar dated 7.12.2006 the petitioner's suit has been found to be undervalued and the petitioner has been called upon to pay the deficient court fee. An appeal lies against that order under Section 6-A of the Court Fees Act. The petitioner thus has an alternative remedy against that order. No ground for interference in the order requiring the petitioner to pay the court fee in consequence of the earlier order is made out. Dismissed.

Dt. 30.7.2007
