Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Perused the allegations of the First Information Report.

Issue notice to respondent no. 3, who may file counter affidavit within four weeks.  Learned A.G.A. may also file counter affidavit within the said period. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

Till the next date of listing or till submission of charge-sheet whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioners namely Tarun Kimkhabwala, Jamuna Das Kimkhabwala, Smt. Rajni w/o Jamuna Das, Neha D/o Jamuna Das and Manoj involved in case crime No. 20 of 2007 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 292A I.P.C. and ¾ D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana Mahanagar, District Varanasi shall remain stayed provided they co-operate with the investigation.
