In pursuance of the order of this Court, a Supplementary Counter-affidavit has been filed, in which, in paragraph 2, it is, categorically stated that a sum of Rs.5,33,358/- has been paid by Cheque no. 636169 dated 07.06.07.  A chart has been produced showing the acknowledgement of receipt to the petitioner on 07.06.07.

In view of the above, notice is discharged.  The petition is dismissed.
