1. Writ petitions No. 3489 of 2007 and 3999 of 2007 are against the FIR in case crime no. 101 of 2007 under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 336 and 353, IPC and section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act  and writ petition no. 4532 of 2007 is also against  case crime no. 99 of 2007 under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 336, 323, and 295 IPC. They all pertain to police station Dadauli, district JP Nagar.

2. Counter affidavits have been filed indicating therein that charge sheet has been filed.

3. In view of this, the writ petitions have become infructuous and these are accordingly dismissed.
