HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Arun Tandon, J.

The Additional Commissioner under his order dated 29.3.2007 has refused to exercise revisional jurisdiction against the order of the Tehsildar dated 22.9.2006 passed in proceedings under Section 34 of the UPZA&LR Act whereunder the daughter of record tenure holder has been directed to be afforded any opportunity to participate in the proceedings and to have her say in the matter qua mutation in the revenue record subsequent to the death of the recorded tenure holder.

In the opinion of the Court the order so passed does not warrant any interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
