The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as a Trained Graduate Teacher in BHEL education Society Jhansi on 16.9.1980 and retired on 31.3.2001. While fixing the pension his total length of service has not been taken into account and very less amount of pension has been sanctioned. Hence the present writ petition.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.K. Pandey for the respondent No.1
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the petitioner may file a fresh representation before respondent No.1 for re-fixation of pension In case any such representation is filed, it may be decided by respondent No.1 by a speaking order, after hearing petitioner and newly added respondent if possible, within two months from the date of receipt of the representation. The petitioner will file certified copy of this order, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelope along with the representation. The respondent No.1 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
