By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the advertisement dated 18th July, 2007 issued by the District Institute of Education and Training for special B.T.C. Course 2006 in pursuance of the Government order dated 10th July, 2007.
Petitioner's case is that he has been unreasonably excluded from even making an application in response to special B.T.C. course.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a writ petition being Writ Petition No.33428 of 2007 (Arvind Kumar and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) has been filed challenging the above advertisement and the Government order, in which this Court has granted an interim protection providing that the application submitted by candidates having B.P.Ed., C.P.Ed., D.P.Ed. and L.T. shall also be provisionally entertained subject to fulfilling other eligibilities under the relevant Government orders.
Connect this writ petition along with Writ Petition No.33428 of 2007. The respondents are allowed three weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
List on 17th September, 2007.
The interim protection as provided vide order dated 31st July, 2007 in Writ Petition No.33428 of 2007 shall also operate in favour of the petitioner on the same terms and conditions.
