HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J

The petitioner is a defendant in the  suit. He applied for transfer of the suit on the allegation that the presiding officer in open court had called the defendant petitioner dishonest It was also alleged that certain orders have been passed by the presiding officer which reflect that the court is prejudiced. The District Judge called for comments from the presiding officer who denied making the remark referred to by the defendant. The District Judge has rightly held that the correctness of judicial orders cannot be examined in the transfer application. No ground for transfer has been made out. Dismissed.
