Issue notice to respondent no. 5, who may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Learned A.G.A. may also file counter affidavit within the said period. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

Till the next date of listing or till submission of charge-sheet whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioners namely Vinod Kumar Sharma  S/o Jagpal Singh and Rajendra Prasad Garg S/o Data Ram involved in case crime No. 678 of 2007 under Sections 467, 468, 420, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Civil Lines, District Muzaffarnagar shall remain stayed provided they cooperate with the investigation.
