This is a writ petition   against F.I.R. dated 14.7.2007 in case crime no. 223 of 2007 under sections 452, 325, 323, 504 and 506, I.P.C. police station  Handiya  district Allahabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A for  the respondents.

We see no justification to interfere in this matter. However, in case the petitioner no. 1 Neelam Devi  appears before the court concerned and moves an application for bail, the same may be considered  expeditiously.

With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
