Ram Pal v. The Board Of Revenue U.P. Allahabad & Others - WRIT - B No. 71164 of 2006 RD-AH 135 (3 January 2007)
Hon'ble Anjani Kumar, J.
Supplementary affidavit filed today may be kept on the record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner, aggrieved by an order dated 3rd October 2006 passed by the Board of Revenue, has approached this Court by means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. A perusal of the order dated 3rd October 2006 clearly demonstrates that it is an interlocutory order passed at the admission stage itself. In these circumstances I do not find it a fit case for interference at this stage under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. It is always open to the petitioner to apply to the Board of Revenue for vacation of the order or dismissal of the revision. The writ petition has no force and is dismissed.
