The only prayer pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the trial court be directed to dispose of the suit filed by the respondent (Ram Sakhi Singh Vs. Sheo Adhar Singh) expeditiously and within a time bound period. It is stated that the suit is pending at the stage of plaintiff's evidence but the plaintiff is delaying the disposal of the suit.
In the facts and circumstances the trial court is directed to dispose of the suit expeditiously.
