Heard counsel for the petitioner. Sri P.D. Tripathi appears for the respondent no. 4.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner to file form in the Special B. T.C. Training , 2007. A mandamus has also been sought commanding the respondents to accept the revised marks-sheet of B. Ed. Examination,2005 after expiry of last date of filing the form. From the averments made in paragraph 6 of the writ petition it is clear that the petitioner was declared fail in B.Ed. Examination, 2005. The petitioner has not yet been declared pass in B. Ed. examination. The advertisement has been issued fixing 6.8.2007 as the last date for receiving the applications. A candidate who fulfil the qualification on the last date of receiving applications can apply under the advertisement Annexure-2 to the writ petition. The petitioner is yet to be declared pass in B. Ed. no mandamus can be granted as prayed by the petitioner since he is not possessing the qualification as prescribed.
The writ petition has no merit and is dismissed.
