HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Arun Tandon, J.

The application of the petitioner for impleadment in proceedings under Section 122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act has been rejected after recording a finding that no proceedings adverse to the petitioner are being taken.  Counsel for the petitioner submits that the constructions which are standing on the disputed land belongs to the petitioner and, therefore his interest is likely to be jeopardized in case the order for demolition of constructions is issued.  It is apparent on record that the petitioner has already filed a suit for protecting his constructions.  Petitioner may seek such further relief in his Suit as may be advised.

Writ petition is dismissed.
