At time time of hearing of this petition today a reference was made by the respondents' counsel to the recital in the order of the Asstt. Settlement Officer, Consolidation regarding an admission made by Ram Lakhan Singh, the petitioner, in previous suit. Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no such admission in any previous suit on the record. Counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file a copy of the statement if any.
