Heard counsel for the petitioner.

By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondents to select the petitioner as Shiksha Mitra.  Petitioner's case  is that an advertisement was issued on 26.10.2005 in pursuance of which he applied.  Petitioner's case is that the petitioner was entitled for selection but he has not been selected.  According to  Government order  dated 2.5.2006 all grievances regarding selection of Shiksha Mitra are  to be first addressed to the District Magistrate. It is open for the petitioner to submit a representation to the District Magistrate.  In case any such representation is submitted the same may be considered and decided expeditiously after giving opportunity to the aggrieved persons.

With the above observation the writ petition is disposed of.
