Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel. No notice is issued to respondent no. 4 in view of the order to be passed in this writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was paid salary by the respondent no. 2 as Assistant Teacher working in Anusuchit Jati Prathamic Vidyalaya, Jahanaganj, Azamgarh till October, 2005. However, after October, 2005 the petitioner has not been paid salary. The petitioner by filing representation dated 12.7.2007, Annexure-11 to the writ petition, has brought into the notice of District Social Welfare Officer, the claim of the petitioner and various orders passed by this Court in this regard. The petitioner having already represented to the District Social Welfare Officer, ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the District Social Welfare Officer to consider and pass reasoned order on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.7.2007. The said decision be taken expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above observation the writ petition is disposed of.
