HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon.Janardan Sahai,J

The only prayer pressed by counsel for the petitioner is that the suit for rendition of accounts filed by the petitioner is pending since the year 2002 and its disposal is being delayed on account of dilatory tactics adopted by the defendants and the trial court be directed to dispose it of expeditiously and within a time bound period. In the facts and circumstances the trial court shall try to dispose of the suit expeditiously and if possible within a year. The application is thus disposed of.
