Heard counsel for the petitioner. Sri Arjun Singhal appears for respondent no. 3 and 4. Sri V.K. Singh has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 5. Learned standing counsel appears for respondents No. 1 and 2.
By this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the selection respondent no. 6 as Shiksha Mitra. Petitioner's case is that the respondent no. 6 has been married on 1.7.2007 and cannot continue as Shiksha Mitra. The petitioner has already submitted representation dated 5.7.2007 to the District Magistrate Annexure-5 to the writ petition.
In view of the fact that the petitioner having already submitted representation as noted above, ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the District Magistrate to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representation after giving opportunity to the respondent no. 6. The said decision be taken expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above observation the writ petition is disposed of.
