       The application filed by the applicant for amending the written statement has been been rejected on the ground that the evidence of the parties has been closed and the case was fixed for judgment but on application was fixed arguments and the facts which were sought to be stated were already in the knowledge of the defendants and no satisfactory explanation for the delay was given. Good reasons have been given by the court below The order does not suffer from any illegality which may call for interference.  Dismissed.
