It is submitted that in a SCC suit an issue was decided in favour of the petitioner landlord against which a revision has been filed before the II Additional District Judge, Gorakhpur by the respondent  which is pending since April 2006 and the revisionist is trying to delay the proceeding as the record has been summoned and further proceedings in the suit are not going. It is stated that the petitioner is an old man of 76 years.   In the facts and circumstances, the court below shall try to dispose of the civil revision no. 28 of 2006 expeditiously.

With these directions, this petition is disposed of.
