Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Perused the allegations of the F.I.R. and the material on record.
Issue notice to respondent no. 4 who may file counter affidavit within four weeks. In the meantime learned A.G.A. may also file counter affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioner may file rejoinder affidavit within two weeks thereafter.
Till the next date of listing or till submission of charge-sheet, whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioners namely Girraj Prasad Gupta, Vijai Gupta, Manoj Gupta, Dinesh Gupta and Meera Kumari in Case Crime No. 263 of 2007 under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 498-A I.P.C. and ¾ of D.P. Act, Police Station Sureer, district Mathura shall remain stayed provided the petitioners cooperate with the investigation.
