Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Perused the allegations of the F.I.R. and the material on record. Issue notice to respondent no. 4 who may file counter affidavit within four weeks. In the meantime learned A.G.A. may also file counter affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioner may file rejoinder affidavit within two weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

Till the next date of listing or till submission of charge-sheet, whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioner  namely Gulli @ Gulab Singh, Satto @ Satya Veer and Uttam in Case Crime No. 207 of 2007 under Sections 307, 504, 506 and 427 I.P.C. and 3(2)(V) of S.C./S.T. Act Police Station Magorra, district Mathura shall remain stayed provided the petitioners cooperate with the investigation.
