Heard counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel.

The only prayer pressed by the petitioners in this writ petition is that the petitioners' representation dated 13.7.2007 made to the Director  respondent no. 2 may be directed to be considered.  Petitioners' case is that they were admitted in Special B.T.C. course, 2004 and they have already completed  their training but their  examination  has not yet been held due to which they have not yet been  able to get appointment.  The petitioners have already represented the matter  to the Director, ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 13.7.2007 expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
