Despite the order dated 1.08.07, no details has been furnished by the petitioner about the outstanding dues. In paragraph 3 of the affidavit filed today, a vague averment has been made that still some payment like gratuity, provident fund, arrears of pension and interest as well as monthly pension are due.
In view of the above, this Court cannot proceed with the matter any further. However in case if there is any outstanding dues it is open to the petitioner to file representation and in case if she files any representation giving complete details, the Opp. Party is directed to consider and dispose of the representation and in case if there is any outstanding dues, the same may be paid expeditiously.
In view of the above, notice is discharged. The petition is dismissed and consigned to record.
