Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are the teachers in Janta Dangur Junior High School, Aligarh. This institution has been brought on grant in Aid list in the year 1996. But while fixing their salary the services rendered in part have not been taken into consideration. He further submits that this controversy is squarely covered by the decision of this Court reported in 1997(1) ESC-466.
I have heard Sri Irshad Ali learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
In the circumstances of the case,the petitioner may file a representation before respondent No.2. In case any such representation is filed, it may be decided by respondent No.2 by a speaking order, if possible, within two months from the date of receipt of the representation. The petitioner will file certified copy of this order, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelope along with the representation. The respondent No.2 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
