By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for direction directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 22.2.2006 Annexure-4 to the writ petition. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that she being Anudeshika in non-formal education, was entitled for appointment but instead of her appointment the Gram Shiksha Samiti has recommended the name of another candidate who has been appointed. The petitioner having already represented the District Magistrate, ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the District Magistrate to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 22.2.2006 after giving opportunity to the selected candidate and the Gram Shiksha Samiti. The said decision shall be taken expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
