HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J.

       Supplementary affidavit filed today.

It appears that on the application for temporary injunction the trial court had issued notice. The case was fixed for 24.7.2007. On that date it was found by the trial court that service was not sufficient and the trial court has fixed 31.8.2007. The order dated 24.7.2007 was challenged in revision, which was found to be not maintainable. It is stated by the petitioner's counsel that the defendants have filed objections to the application for temporary injunction. There is no illegality in the order dated 24.7.2007. If the objections of the defendants have been filed, the trial court shall try to dispose of the injunction application expeditiously.

With these observations the writ petition is dismissed.

17.8.2007.
