HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No. 11899 of 2007

Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli, J.

Hon'ble K.N. Ojha, J.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

We do not find any good ground for believing that the several complainants of the first information report would have any motive for false implication of the petitioners.

Therefore, there is no good ground for quashing the first information report or staying the arrest.

However, if the petitioners surrender within 10 days from today and apply for bail  in case crime No. 1303 of 2007 under section 420/504/506 I.P.C., P.S. Civil lInes district Moradabad, their bail applications will be considered and disposed of by the Courts below expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
