Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J.

     It is stated by Sri S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the revisionists that the revision is now cognizable by the district court in view of U.P. Act No.14 of 2003. The valuation of the suit is Rs. 33,000/- and the valuation of the revision is also Rs. 33,000/-. The revision has been filed against the order of the Additional Civil Judge, Fatehpur. The revision is now cognizable by the district court. Accordingly, the revision is transferred to the district court.

       Let the record of the revision be sent to district court Fatehpur.
