HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J.

The trial court granted ex parte temporary injunction against the petitioner. The petitioner preferred an appeal. The appeal has been disposed of with a direction to the trial court to dispose of the injunction application expeditiously and without granting unnecessary adjournments. The counsel for the petitioner states that the objections to the injunction application will be filed by the petitioner within two weeks. In case the objections are filed within this period the trial court shall try to dispose of the injunction application without delay and if possible within two months thereafter. No ground for interference with the appellate court's order has been made out.

With the above directions the writ petition is disposed of.
