     It is submitted that the suit for rent and ejectment was decreed ex parte and there was no service of summons upon the applicant and the applicant had no knowledge about the suit or about the decree until notice of the execution application were served upon him. It is stated that the execution application itself was filed after about 11 years of the decree and in the meanwhile the plaintiff decree holder was accepting rent from the applicant.

     Issue notice to the respondent.

  Until next date of listing the applicant shall not be dispossessed from the property in dispute.
